Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, and using InvoiceNow Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

License Grant

BPS Dynamic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use InvoiceNow Pro on your personal devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify or create derivative works of the app
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Rent, lease, or lend the app
• Transfer or sublicense the app to any third party
• Use the app for any commercial purpose

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use InvoiceNow Pro in any way that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Harasses, abuses, or threatens any person or entity
• Transmits malware, viruses, or any code of destructive nature
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Interferes with the normal operation of the app or services
• Impersonates any person or entity

Intellectual Property Rights

InvoiceNow Pro and all its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of BPS Dynamic or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BPS DYNAMIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP, IF ANY.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Africa for the resolution of any disputes arising from these terms or your use of InvoiceNow Pro.
